Had to do something about the dripping from the HVAC vents

But if I close the air vents that are dripping, I can stop the water from going on the carpet plus just use portable air conditioning equipment to help keep the room cool.

I had a rough decision to make temporarily. My central heating, ventilation, plus A/C equipment was having certain issues with condensation dripping from the air vents. Let me tell you that I hated that! It was causing potential mold on our carpets. Until I could get a heating, ventilation, plus A/C equipment professional out to our property to take care of this problem I had to figure out something. I did not want to entirely turn off our central heating plus cooling equipment because it is still summer time plus I need our air conditioning equipment. But if I close the air vents that are dripping, I can stop the water from going on the carpet plus just use portable air conditioning equipment to help keep the room cool. But the major setback to this is hearing a whistling noise when I close our air vents plus have the central heating, ventilation, plus A/C equipment operating. Thankfully though, the room having the condensation setbacks is the living room, so the whistling of the air vents would not keep me up at night while trying to get some rest. I did it for a couple of days plus then figured that a better way to go would be to just shut off the central heating, ventilation, plus A/C equipment plus then go out plus get a few more portable a/cs to cool our lake property that way until a certified heating, ventilation, plus A/C equipment specialist could get out to our property. I was not going to pay a fortunate for emergency Heating plus A/C service because I could get by for a little separate from taking that option.
