All of us were going to shut down production the next day while we had the chiller repaired. The foreman called a dealer that rents temporary chillers plus they brought us a temporary chiller for the day. The person called plus they brought us a 50 ton chiller before the lunch hour. All of us saved thousands of dollars, because we didn’t have to shut down production for the day. The temporary chiller offered a good amount of cold air plus temperature control. The day after everything was taken care of, I called the foreman into the office for a discussion. The person handled the setback with ease plus calmness plus she saved our dealer a bunch of currency with the chiller rental suggestion. I thought it was time to discuss a raise. I wanted to promote the person plus put the person on the first shift, but the person didn’t want more responsibility or different hours.
