I truthfully never knew how pressing it was to have excellent air quality until I started toiling from home.
Where I used to work, they absolutely had pretty nice air quality as they would officially change the air filters & they constantly had proper Heating, Ventilation & A/C plan service… Unfortunately, I didn’t keep up with proper Heating, Ventilation & A/C plan service at home & I never thought I had a severe issue with air quality.
Well, when I set up my current office in my basement, I l earned exactly how bad my air quality was. The more I worked from home, the more I felt sick from the bad air quality. I absolutely started to cough a lot & I was having trouble with my breathing. I would have to go outside to get fresh air every so often & I realized that there was an issue with the air quality in my home. I ended up calling the Heating, Ventilation & A/C company & the Heating, Ventilation & A/C company came out to assist me with my air quality problem. He let me think for starters that I wasn’t changing my air filter often enough. I was using 3 month air filters, but I was changing them once every 6 months. They were severely clogged up & caused my Heating, Ventilation & A/C plan to struggle, even though I thought I was saving cash, I was absolutely causing damage to my Heating, Ventilation & A/C plan & this was the number 1 issue with my terrible air quality. He said I needed to invest in a nice air cleaner or air cleaner, & he said it wouldn’t hurt to use a humidifier as well. So I listened & had an air purification installed and a humidifier. I also changed my air filters officially & I stopped having complications while toiling from home.
