Around the time that I found out that I was pregnant about 15 years ago I nearly lost my mind, I was not ready to be a parent nor was I sure that I wanted boys in the first place, however now, it looks like I was headed down a path that I had no knowledge of! My partner and I have been together since the day that I found out about my pregnancy.
- We make things a task , however everyday is an adventure raising these tiny people, and one of the things that all of us both unquestionably recognize is giving our children responsibilities… That’s why all of our boys have routine household chores to take care of.
We want them to be responsible for the health and cleanliness of all the people who live here. That’s why my oldest son is now responsible for taking care of the central heating, cooling, and air quality control system. For various years my partner and I stressed out a little about the indoor air conditions control unit ourselves. We were constantly decreasing the control unit, inspecting the air handling unit for any diagnostic concerns, and calling the local Heating, Ventilation plus A/C repair shop for additional help when things were not now working respectfully. Now, my son is responsible for all of the heating and cooling equipment, he needs to change the air filter every few weeks, disinfect out the ductworks, and even arrange the professional Heating, Ventilation plus A/C appointments; So far he’s done a great job managing the Heating, Ventilation plus A/C plan and our energy costs have been steadily decreasing, and at least when you have boys you can also have personal assistants.
