It took me a while to realize that all the workouts I do neglect my arms.
I love to target leg and butt muscles.
I even will make it a point to do ab work every now and then. Arms hardly get anything. Occasionally I will do some handstands or a few push ups, but that is it. You can tell looking at me that I skip arm day. I have super strong legs with clear muscle dents everywhere. My butt is so hard that it doesn’t jiggle at all. I can see the formation of a six pack happening in my belly area. My arms look like I have never worked out a day in my life. They are just thin, stick like arms. I am planning to make it a point to work my arms this year. I want to tone that last area of my body. I don’t want to do hardcore weightlifting and get a pump on like I am The Rock or Charlie Hunnam. I am just hoping to make it look like my arms lift more than food to my mouth. I found recently that the personal training center near me offers fitness classes. You can do yoga, cross fit, physical training and even do kickboxing. I have talked to a worker at the gym and I know there are classes that train mainly upper body. This sounds perfect, but I am scared of it. I am worried that it will be too much too soon. Right now my arms are used to maybe ten push ups a week.
