I have recently figured out that a ductless heat pump is an amazing system.
Our home is rather old, absolutely immense & divided up into a lot of small rooms.
The people I was with and I have a forced air furnace & central a/c idea that affixs to vents in each of the rooms. There are unique areas that always presented a temperature control problem. They would guess freezing in the Wintertide & hot while I was in the summer. There was no way to target those unique rooms. Our heating & cooling idea is too old to upgrade to zoned control. The people I was with and I would have needed to tear out & easily update. That was simply too invasive & high-priced of a project. Instead, all of us invested a lot less time & currency into a ductless heat pump. The idea consists of an outdoor compressor that affixs to several indoor air handlers. The air handlers are lightweight, streamlined & mount up on the wall in the multiple rooms. The installation process required little more than drilling a several-inch hole into exterior walls & was completed in a single day with no mess. The air handlers operated off independent control units, allowing us to customize the comfort level of each room. Plus, we’re able to control the temperature from either a cordless remote or an app on our smartphones, and because the air handlers include both heating & cooling capacity, they are beneficial all year round. The people I was with and I spent more for a higher efficiency ductless heat pump that features inverter technology. This means that the air handlers automatically adjust the amount of heated or cooled air gave according to demand. Because of this, the idea costs absolutely little to operate & maintains absolutely consistent temperature.
