Working my way up as a construction worker

Last week, he was hanging drywall in a basement and he fell asleep next to the boiler

6 years ago, I started working for a temporary work repair that specializes in construction jobs, but it was seriously tough to find a job in the construction industry due to the unions. I needed a way to get my foot in the door and I knew that a temporary work agency would be my best bet. I spent more than five weeks working for dimes and nickels before I got noticed. The boss asked me to work full time and I acquired benefits like dental, vision, and medical insurance. I switched from the temporary work agency to a position with the construction business. I have been with that same commercial construction contractor for the past five years and I have only acquired multiple promotions. I started working as a laborer, cleaning up around the worksite, then after I was hired full time. l learned how to hang drywall, now I have a crew of 20 guys that are in my charge and I am the head of the drywall division, and one of those 20 contractors is my boss’s idiot son. The child clearly has not done a single tough afternoon of work in 20 years. He complains and whines about every job that he has to complete. Last week, he was hanging drywall in a basement and he fell asleep next to the boiler. I wanted to suspend the guy for a couple of days, but my boss said no. Anyone else would have been fired on the spot. One afternoon this guy is going to be my boss and that makes me a little aggravated, a little ill, and a lot agitated.
