I treat my body like a temple and I only eat nutritious foods that are free of preservatives and additives.
I exercise every day and I do not smoke or do drugs.
I try to keep my body fit, because I have a low immune system. I’ve had problems all of my life, however my most recent issue has been allergies. It seems like I am allergic to something new every six months. I was 23 when I found out that I was hastily allergic to peanuts. I ate a peanut butter sandwich 1 day for supper and my throat started to swell up like a crucial balloon. I know what an allergic reaction feels like and I always carry an Epipen in my labor bag. The adrenaline helped stop the swelling and I went to the emergency room. I could not finish the ductless Heating and A/C installation I was laboring on. When I called my boss, the guy acted like I was faking the flu symptom attack to get out of finishing the ductless Heating and A/C installation. I told my boss to call the emergency room if he didn’t guess I was telling the truth. I have no plan if the guy ever called the hospital, but I was there for three ninths before they let myself and others go home. I never went back to the ductless Heating and A/C installation. I went lake home right after the ER visit to rest. The ER wanted myself and others to set up an appointment with the flu symptom specialist and they didn’t let myself and others go until I had proof that it was done; Peanut allergies are not the kind of allergies that can be ignored.
