The two of us lived in a small neighborhood at the edge of the neighborhood & it saw the extremes of the weather. When it was hot, it was too hot & when frosty it was frosty. I saw this as a wonderful option to open up a business that supplied Heating & A/C units & services to the residents of our hometown as well. I had saved up some money however it was not enough, thus I had an option to pitch our business plan to a group of sponsors. I had a background as a Heating & A/C tech & therefore knew the business well… Part of the pitch included illustrating how I would help the residents of our neighborhood & the surrounding town. This was not hard as I had collected reviews about the service I offered when in the previous dealer. Some of these services were boiler replacement, compiling a list of energy saving help tips & performing oil furnace/heater tune-ups. I narrated a case story of a buyer who needed his central heating to not use a lot of energy & still maintain quality indoor comfort. I had advised his to use the wireless temperature control to set the rapidly increasing temperatures to low whenever he was in the house. Some of the units to supply included simple standalone units such as the oil oil furnace & the space heater, the more complex electric furnaces love the geo heat pump, & the ductless Heating & A/C. I also had a heating & air conditioner certificate that allowed myself and others to open up a heating corp. The pitch went incredibly well & I was able to get funding to purchase the current heating units I had planned to stock. I also emplotted additional help to handle the replacement of the central heating.
