The last lady in the lodge stole something costly

When I was 18 years old, I got a job working as a leasing agent at an home complex.

I worked at the locale for a year and then they made myself and others the assistant manager! Since that time, I have been in the corporation of renting and managing apartments.

About 2 years ago, I got a job as the manager of a property leasing agency. The two of us have hundreds of customers and properties all over the county. Many of the properties are houses, however some of them are condos. The two of us also have a couple of lodges. One of those lodges is over by the lake and in an section that is frequently used by tourists. The rental lodge is typically busy and both of us have a waiting list while both of us were in the Spring and Summer months. The last time both of us had someone in the lodge, there was a concern and both of us had to keep the security deposit. The two of us only refund the security deposit after the final walk-through which is performed after the tenant leaves! During the last rental, one of the brand new window AC units was stolen. I’m not sure how the air conditioner managed to become lost or stolen, however the component was inside the lodge when I rented the property to the 3 guys. They tried to tell myself and others that it wasn’t their fault, however there were no signs of anyone tearing into the lodge. They had to have taken the AC unit when they left at the end of the week. I kept the $200 security deposit and they are now on our list of banished tenants.
