That made sense to me, but wow, that is quite an usual beach house kneel out to have to have the central heating, ventilation & A/C plan component locationd in the garage! At least the location to change the air filters of the central heating, ventilation & A/C plan were in a good location in the beach house right in the hallway by the temperature control on the wall
I can recall this 1 beach house I was renting some years ago, & the most weird thing about it was where the central heating, ventilation & A/C plan component was locationd. The central heating, ventilation & A/C plan was genuinely in the garage! I am not kidding! I have seen tepid water furnaces & tepid water boilers in garages before, but never a central heating, ventilation & A/C plan component until this. One of the times the heating, ventilation & A/C company was out at the rental beach beach house & was doing 1 of their Heating, Ventilation & A/C tune ups & check ups, I was asking them what the reason was for the central heating, ventilation & A/C plan component to be in the garage instead of the side of the beach house appreciate most central heating, ventilation & A/C units are locationd. They told myself and others it was because of the build of the house, where & how the HVAC duct was laid & how the air vents to the central heat & a/c component were installed into the home. The temperature control that was on the wall I remember was 1 of those older dial temperature controls. And of course, the central heating, ventilation & A/C plan was also an older model.
