After all these years, I think that we are finally going to be able to put an addition on our house. This Summer seems to be the right time to do it, because we have both time plus cash right now. This is the first time that this has happened in quite a while, that’s for sure. We have been needing some extra space for a long time now, though. We have 5 youngsters plus numerous cats, plus space is at a premium around here. We need to build on numerous extra study rooms plus an extra bathroom. On top of that, we need to build some modern closet space plus a modern laundry room. I guess that it’s going to be a giant project, however I’m really looking forward to getting everything done. It’s going to be a long time before we get finished, however we are already talking to a single of the Heating, Ventilation and A/C contractors that we need to hire for the task. We have to make sure that we do the right thing when it comes to all the additional space that we are going to have once the builders are done. We might have to put in extra air duct, however that would cost us a whole lot more than we were anticipating spending on the addition. I’m thinking about having them install something called a ductless mini split a/c equipment instead. That might be the best thing to do in our case. We are going to talk to the Heating, Ventilation and A/C workers about it because we still aren’t sure what the best option is for us.
