I have been searching for my perfect dream new home for the past year. Even though I say it is my dream home, I am truly not that picky about what counts as my dream home, however really, I think like most homes could fall into the category. There was a single apartment in recognizable that caught my eye. It had some unbelievable features, such as having its own personal pool and overheated tub, and having a good property. The porch was screened in as well, which was a nice bonus. Now the question was, why was such a appealing apartment so cheap? I knew something had to be wrong with it, and it didn’t take me long to figure it out. Apparently the Heating and A/C system had extensive damage due to a hurricane sometime back. Not only was the actual central Heating and A/C system completely ruined, but so was the inner working of air duct as well. It would take several thoUSnds of dollars to repair damage like that, and I knew there was no way I could afford that, even if I managed to get the apartment for a cheaper price. I was disheartened, but I knew I had to move on to a better new home that had functional Heating and A/C in it, or at least heating and A/C that wouldn’t be as expensive to repair. I was curious to see how long that new home would last, since I knew Heating and A/C was truly important to any home. The new home was eventually taken down, and was never sold.
