The pollen has been actually disappointing around here this year, and my flu symptoms have been worse than ever before.
I cannot remember another year where I have sneezed and coughed so much.
It’s been actually disappointing for myself and others and for my whole family. They haven’t been coughing and sneezing as much, but since I have been agitated, I have made them agitated too. Whenever I assume bad, I end up taking it out on my family and that’s been extra tploy this year with all of the pollen that is floating around. I finally decided to do something about it and that has when I called up the Heating and A/C business that the people I was with and I used for our heating and cooling system. I asked them if there was anything that I could do about all the pollen this year, and the Heating and A/C company that I talked to on the cellphone was actually nice. He was absolutely helpful too. He told myself and others that he would request that the people I was with and I have our ventilation ducts professionally cleaned out. He also said that he would request that the people I was with and I install an anti allergen air filter in our Heating and A/C system. The last thing that he said that would absolutely be helpful for us was to get a UV light air purification system installed in our home. That one was more upscale, but it’s an option that I am taking into consideration. I am going to try the first more than 2 things that he mentioned first, and if they do not labor then I am absolutely going to get a UV light whole-house air purifier for the house.
