Two of our friends, a single a general practitioner & the other a pediatrician, decided to venture into private practice together, & to achieve this, they set up a clinic together.
One of them had been planning for it for years but wanted to acquire the financial power to kickstart the clinic.
Since I am a heating dealer, they asked me to be in charge of the oil furnace/heater upgrade in the clinic. To do this, they contacted the Heating, Ventilation, & A/C supplier I worked for & asked that I be in control of the entire process, from the new upgrade to future oil furnace/heater repair. I had been an Heating, Ventilation, & A/C provider long enough for them to trust me with the work. The building would have a hydronic oil furnace done while I was in the remodeling to make it suitable for a clinic. The whole home oil furnace would give quality heating. One of them had also asked me to repair their home’s temperature control system & recommend quality Heating, Ventilation, & A/C equipment for their home as well. I would also schedule a biannual oil furnace/heater tune-up program because a clinic could not afford to call an Heating, Ventilation, & A/C repairman while I was in their stressed schedules. As an Heating, Ventilation, & A/C tech, this was a sizable project, & I was looking forward to it, offering nothing but quality services. I also gave the clinic’s technical repair man energy-saving tips that he would ensure were put in location once the system was up & running to try to cut the energy costs. My friends also request that I recommend the best portable space oil furnace they could purchase if they need it in an emergency.
