As an HVAC tech, this was a big project, and I was looking forward to it, offering nothing but quality services
Two of my friends, one a general practitioner and the other a pediatrician, decided to venture into private practice together, and to achieve this, they set up a clinic together. One of them had been planning for it for years but wanted to gain the financial power to kickstart the clinic. Since I am a heating contractor, they asked me to be in charge of the furnace/heater installation in the clinic. To do this, they contacted the HVAC business I worked for and asked that I be in control of the entire process, from the new installation to future furnace/heater repair. I had been an HVAC provider long enough for them to trust me with the work. The building would have a hydronic heating system done during the remodeling to make it suitable for a clinic. The whole home heating system would provide quality heating. One of them had also asked me to repair their home’s temperature control system as well as recommend quality HVAC equipment for their home as well. I would also schedule a biannual furnace/heater tune-up program because a clinic could not afford to call an HVAC repairman during their busy schedules. As an HVAC tech, this was a big project, and I was looking forward to it, offering nothing but quality services. I also gave the clinic’s technical maintenance person energy-saving tips that he would ensure were put in place once the system was up and running to try to cut the energy costs. My friends also request that I recommend the best portable space heater they could purchase if they need it in an emergency.
