Books can transport you to any part of the world; for me, a good book beats any movie.
There are certain places I feel like I have traveled to simply by reading about them, and when I got a job as a librarian for a public library, it allowed me to roam the world through books.
The other thing I had to do in my first week on the job was to supervise the furnace/heater installation. I had to look for an HVAC provider online and call them because I could not find any records on the previous HVAC business that they contracted to do the furnace/heater tune-up on the old boiler. The library management had decided to upgrade to a new quality HVAC equipment, and they even had a portable space heater because they could not trust the old unit to run a whole day. Despite timely servicing, changing to a different quality heating was necessary because of the old system’s constant furnace/heater repair. Even with all the energy-saving tips implemented, the energy bill was also at an all-time high. It would also be an excellent time to replace the old temperature control system with a modern one. The HVAC tech said they would get to work in a week. The heat pump install was up and running in no time. The best part was a hydronic heating system on the flooring since the walls have books. The HVAC repairman also advised us to get a furnace heater tune-up yearly. The same heating contractor would take care of all the services after the installation.
