When I go after something and am set on getting something done, I will make it happen one way or another. This was how I got a job right when I got out of heating and air conditioning school. Trying to find a job as a brand new heating and air conditioning specialist is not an easy task by any means. But because I was so determined to get right to work I really went out there and would not take no for an answer if I seen a potential heating and air conditioning company that really needed help. I would prove myself right there at the job interview by telling them certain things to show that I really know my stuff when it comes to heating and air conditioning repair, heating and air conditioning installation and heating and air conditioning home services. Within a few weeks of doing this I landed my first job as a certified heating and cooling worker at a heat and a/c company that paid pretty darn well for the time. This was about 40 years ago now. Today I own a heating and air conditioning company myself. It took a lot of determination to get there, but I did it. I have owned my heating and air conditioning company about 25 years now and it is going pretty strong. I plan on retiring in about 5 years and will give the company to my kids at that point. I have it pretty much all planned out on how things will go.
