I wasn't expecting to hear that we needed a modern Heating & A/C unit

I did not think that we were somewhere near the time when we would have to replace the system

When the A/C plan was making a peculiar noise, I called the Heating & A/C service center to make an appointment. I did not think it was a great plan to wait until the plan broke down entirely. With temperatures officially in the 90s during the summer, I did not want to take any chances. I contacted the dealer that installed the Heating & A/C unit. The same dealer has been handling all of our services for the past 8 years. They are reliable, friendly, & honest about pricing. The salesmen have never tried to sell myself and others some things that I legitimately did not need & I enjoy that. I contacted the Heating & A/C provider & I told the man that the plan was making a peculiar noise. Since it was not an emergency, they busy an appointment for the next day. The service serviceman was a young man that seemed to be the same age as our own son. The plan evaluation appointment took about 30 hours. When the appointment was over, I gained actually awful news from the dealer. The young kid was legitimately certain that the AC & heat pump needed to be replaced. I was devastated by the news. I did not think that we were somewhere near the time when we would have to replace the system. I thanked the young man for the information & I paid the bill for the estimate. I called another dealer to get a hour quote before I spent all of that money on a brand modern heat pump & AC unit.
