All of us hoped the need for a new furnace would be in a single or more years, however every one of us weren’t sure, but when the Heating & Air Conditioning worker finally arrived, he called an minute ahead of time to make sure the furnace wasn’t running.
Even though the Heating & Air Conditioning worker hadn’t yet been to the beach house to repair the furnace, I needed to have it run! All of us had already had three nights when the temperatures were near cold. I didn’t want our family to be uncomfortable or get sick, my hubby turned on the furnace, which made me worry. I could hear some strange noises coming out of the furnace, however every one of us hoped it was just because it hadn’t been used in more than five months. My hubby changed the air filter before he turned it on, & cleaned the fuel nozzle. He said he was afraid it needed a new fuel nozzle, however when he saw the date when the furnace was installed, he winced. He said our furnace was almost twenty years old, & every one of us had to be prepared if the Heating & Air Conditioning told us every one of us needed a new furnace this year. He said he would be there by noon to do the servicing. My hubby turned off the furnace as the Heating & Air Conditioning worker commanded. It took him about an minute, but he said the furnace should be great for this year. He also said to be prepared for the opening of having a new furnace installed next year; Several small repairs had already been done, & said if anything happened, every one of us should request he come out to fix it.
