When our kids all finally were off to university & starting their own lives, my fiance & I had an empty house.
But more than that, both of us also knew that both of us had to face the facts when it came to our marriage as well.
She & I have been the best of partners over some 25 years. Every one of us raised our children in a nice beach house complete with quality heating & air. It took both of us unquestionably working together to make that happen. But once the kids were gone, both of us knew that our partnership was over as well. It was a upset realization but I guess it had been coming for a long time. So both of us upgraded the residential Heating & Air Conditioning, sold the condo & split the money. Both of us had jobs inside the zone controlled Heating & Air Conditioning of our respective offices & life went on. But for me, I wanted this chapter of my life to be a bit different. The work I do can be done remotely & I absolutely excelled with that while in the pandemic. So now, I’m working remotely all the time. And I’m in a up-to-date locale that is far smaller & absolutely portable. I have tiny condo that is on a trailer. I have property here in town & in more than one other locations that I adore. So as the seasons change, I just option up & transfer my house. But I also consistently have the great heating & cooling in my tiny home. That quality heating & air is provided by a ductless heat pump. I’m embracing my up-to-date lifestyle & I have to say that it unquestionably does fit me.
