Make sure you pay attention to your Heating, Ventilation & A/C responsibilities

I’ve l received a whole lot about accountability now that I’m a homeowner.

  • I recognize that perhaps that this just comes with the territory.

Maybe all of us all go through this sort of thing. But when I finally owned our own locale with quality heating and air, it was a steep learning curve when it came to all our up-to-date responsibilities. I lived the last 12 years in a few weird apartments. Yet, they all came with honestly similar traits. They all had neighbors sharing walls and they all came with worn out Heating, Ventilation & A/C equipment. So I was awfully motivated to share zero walls with our neighbors and have our own Heating, Ventilation & A/C equipment. So when I bought this house, I knew that I had some work in front of me. The first thing I did was have the Heating, Ventilation & A/C professionals put in up-to-date Heating, Ventilation & A/C equipment. The seasoned central cooling system was completely shot. From the Heating, Ventilation & A/C unit itself to the ductwork, that thing was done. But I certainly wasn’t interested in replacing ductwork so I went with a ductless multi split system. It’s awesome quality heating and air. Plus, I enjoy the added benefit of being able set temperature controls independently for a zone controlled Heating, Ventilation & A/C effect. Yet, enjoy the yard maintenance, the cleaning and organizing, I have Heating, Ventilation & A/C responsibilities. I have to disinfect the ductless heat pumps air filters every many weeks. This chore keeps the air quality high and maintains the necessary air flow for the ductless heat pumps. Just part of being a homeowner.
