I believe my thermostat is giving me issues

This year during the summer, I invested in a smart thermostat because everyone was advising it.

My smart thermostat wasn’t functioning as well as other people’s smart thermostats, which was causing me problems. My personal experience showed that it wasn’t operating properly. I would adjust the temperature, but it didn’t seem to make a difference. I was very perplexed by this because, in the eyes of everyone else and in accordance with my instruction manual, I ought to have been performing my duties without any issues, but I wasn’t. In order to find out what was going on, I called my local heating and cooling company to come out and take a look at my heating and air conditioning system because I was beginning to think that it might be that instead of my thermostat, it was those systems that were having problems. I sincerely hoped it wasn’t my heating or air conditioning system because I didn’t want to have to pay a repair fee to have it fixed if I didn’t have to. The heating and air conditioning technician examined it when he arrived, and after determining that the smart thermostat wasn’t functioning properly, he concluded that it wasn’t necessary to replace it. After that, I had to pay for another smart thermostat after returning the first one to the store where I had bought it. Upon installation of the replacement, it performed flawlessly. Actually, the only one that wasn’t operating properly was the one I had. The best news was a clear report on the health of my heating and cooling system.
