My buddy and I would transfer some of the things she treasured to her current room & then sell the rest, but the house was also going to be sold, with all the renovations my pal and I had done a few years back, but it included having the cooling company install a current electric heat pump that was always modern regarding a/c tune-up, then grandmother would get a good deal on her house, but our property already had a dual fuel system, & when my pal and I consulted an a/c professional, he recommended us to install a ductless mini-split unit in the current room. The indoor comfort company gave us a date when they would supply the current a/c equipment. My buddy and I agreed that the cooling specialist & crew would install it the next afternoon. All that was left was an a/c service that the same time the a/c worker would take care of when he came for the Heating & A/C installation. Our Grandmother would surely care about the quality Heating & A/C in what would now be her current home, and with a digital control unit to help with indoor comfort, she could really adjust to her desired temperature settings without worrying about affecting the rest of the house. My buddy and I were all looking forward to living with her; the teenagers especially adored her.
