He added that apart from the boiler repair, the temperature control and the boiler filter needed replacement… My nice friend and I made arrangements, and since he was on his way home, the HVAC worker would be at her loft a few minutes after he had arrived. The HVAC repairman was there on time, and by the time she left, the electric boiler was as nice as a new one.
