Our electric boiler became a nightmare. You’d know the frequent boiler/heater tune-up visits the Heating & A/C contractor made to our household would help, but they didn’t; Since the household was a rental, I had to rely on the property management to handle any Heating & A/C unit service or service, which was an additional headache. Their contracted Heating & A/C repairman would come to work on the heating technology, plus a month later, I would have to report the issue again. My electric bills kept rising every month, plus since I lived in a household with a similar heating plus cooling system, I knew the bill to expect. The first month was okay, but I started getting senselessly high bills after my heating system troubles started, and by the time I went to get my own heating plus cooling provider, despite the household rules, I was afraid that I could not afford the bills anymore. My landlord was unhappy, but since I demanded that I pay the electricity bill difference caused by the central heating system pump troubles, they let me do boiler service using a odd heating contractor from the one they used. It wasn’t anything to do with their preferred expert but more with my trust troubles that the specialist might be doing the wrong thing. My contractor proved my doubts wrong since she found the problem similar plus proposed a total unit substitutement. I had to foot the service bills for my expert, which was an additional thorn in our relationship with the property management plus landlord. I stayed at that property for six months, plus eventually, my friends told me I was waiting on a miracle that would not happen.
