During the spring, summer, and fall seasons, I spend a lot of time outdoors with my friends and family. I have a kayak and a jet ski and I love to spend the whole day on the lake. My friends and I were planning to spend the whole day on the lake last Saturday, but I had to work late on Friday. I was working on an HVAC installation job with an air filtration system. I had another employee working with me that day, but the HVAC installation job took a lot longer than both of us expected. I spent all day and half of the night working on the installation job with my co-worker. I thought it would be an easy day, since the two of us had only one job on our schedule. When I realized that we would be working on a complicated and long installation job, I I knew it was going to be one of those long days. By the time I got home from work, it was almost 10 pm. I spent 14 hours at work that day and I barely had a chance to eat lunch. I sat down at the table and I ate two sandwiches with ham, bacon, turkey, lettuce, and tomato. I drank two beers very quickly and I laid down in bed. and I completely slept through the alarm when it started ringing at 6:30am. I didn’t wake up until 10:15 and I had 16 missed calls from my friends and family. Everyone was worried because I never oversleep on a Saturday morning when I plan to spend the day with my friends.
