She saw my struggle, knew what I was going through, and offered to put me to some good use and train me to be an HVAC tech. By taking a chance of me, she earned my loyalty, and now eight years later I am still a loyal employee of her HVAC company, and I always will be! After a few months working for her, learning the ropes and staying sober, she started paying for night classes in an HVAC program offered by the city college. These courses would prepare me for the intricacies of system repair, and also for the HVAC certification process. This woman gave me the education I needed to be able to find HVAC work for the rest of my life. After that I could have gone anywhere, probably found another HVAC contractor to pay me better, but she earned my loyalty. As long as she is still in business, I will never work for another HVAC contractor.
