Since my sister was grandpa’s favorite grandchild, when he died, he left her a beautiful beach house.

Since it got really cold and warm down there, she needed a unit that would solve these two issues efficiently and affordably. Winter was brutal that year but my sister confirmed that she did not even notice as the new system was more efficient than she thought. She thoroughly enjoyed her inheritance and since she is a people’s person, she often had dinner parties at the house almost weekly with her friends and some of our family members.
