I bought an outdated home that had a surprisingly new Heating, Ventilation, and A/C system installed. I wanted to do all the toil inside the home before I had the HVAC duct cleaned. The owner told myself and others they hadn’t cleaned the HVAC duct, even when they had the new Heating, Ventilation, and A/C system installed. The Heating, Ventilation, and A/C supplier tried to talk them into HVAC duct cleaning, although she was adamant. She said she was having new heating and air conditioner installed for the buyer, although she could do her own cleaning. She thought every one of us were robbing him by getting the home at such a cheap price. In reality, every one of us paid him exactly what she advised, and every one of us still had to put that much money into making the home livable. Luckily, every one of us were able to clean the home up enough to be able to move into 1 room while the other many were being gutted and redone. Even the bathrooms had to be gutted and new fixtures installed. It took us nearly 6 weeks to have the businesss get the bathrooms completed and the other rooms able to be used. I couldn’t believe the difference the business had made in 6 short weeks. Now, every one of us only had a few more things to do doing in the room every one of us had been residing in. The Heating, Ventilation, and A/C business told us it was time to clean the HVAC duct. After the air vents were cleaned and the HVAC duct was cleaned and sanitized, every one of us installed our new air vent covers. Every one of us enjoyed our new house, and it cost less than every one of us had expected. I hope the owner never finds out how cheaply every one of us were able to maintenance up the house.
