I’ve had a difficult time with mattresses my entire life… My parents lived through the Great Depression of the 1930s & were rather frugal.
My bed at my household had an outdated mattress that could be folded into a U shape to fit inside a metal frame that also folded.
It developed an immense lump, so I had to maneuver around that to get a fantastic night’s sleep… After school, I purchased a waterbed, but every night was sort of like a stormy night at sea as the waves caused by my tossing & turning moved me about. I attempted everything from mattress toppers, body pillows, & even sleeping on the floor but the solution came from a fairly unlikely source, the Heating & Air Conditioning device. My Heating & Air Conditioning component cannot smooth out my lumpy mattress, but it supplies the one thing I had been lacking for excellent sleep. That was maintaining the perfect sleeping temperature of roughly 65°F. My seasoned household did not have central Heating & Air Conditioning. Every one of us depended on electric blankets in the cold season as our father thought heating the bedrooms from our coal-fired furnace was a massive waste of heating energy. Every one of us had one window A/C device for the living room & dining area but upstairs, the bunch of us depended on fans or an open window to overcome the heat & humidity of the warm season. Scientific studies have shown that at 65°F, the sleeping body will actually cool itself with a process called vasodilation. Another technical sleep term is the circadian rhythm that is actually connected to the brain, light & dark cycles, plus the production of a sleep hormone known as melatonin. I don’t appreciate any of that because our Heating & Air Conditioning device specialist said that if I take care of our Heating & Air Conditioning device with common cleaning & service, then I will be able to rest peacefully on my lumpy mattress for numerous years to come.
