When I first met my wife, I never expected that she would be the one for me. Don’t get me wrong, she was a beauty as soon as I saw her when she came to my house. She pulled up in her HVAC service truck and was wearing a slick HVAC uniform. She was very kind from the moment we spoke and she took care of everything with my HVAC system with no hassles. I even asked her a few questions that she was easily able to answer. I never said anything about her being a female HVAC technician though, I was certain she probably was asked all sorts of questions about that. Instead, I treated her with nothing but respect. Later on, I went to this costume party. When I was there, she actually recognized me and came up to say hi. We talked for a little while and I was wondering where I could have possibly known her from. Eventually it clicked with me when she said something about an HVAC system that she worked on recently. I realized that she was my HVAC technician, and she was wearing this sweet cat costume. Well, we ended up hanging out more after that and eventually started dating. She has been such a pleasure over the years and I’m so lucky to have married such a fine woman, who also has all sorts of skills, way beyond just heating and cooling. She has taught me so much over the years, including how to cook better meals and how to eat healthier.
