The rain helps keep the rapidly increasing temperatures down, but all of us need a modern a/c absolutely soon

I have never been a immense fan of rainy weather.

I don’t love the humidity it brings & I certainly don’t love driving around in it or having to be outside in it.

Recently though when our spouse & I moved into a modern home, the location didn’t have a wonderful cooling system. There were a couple of window a/c units, but that was all. I wasn’t worried though because the property was so nice, and both of us ended up getting 5 acres of land & a pretty nice house. The oil furnace is a boiler, so that works well. I know because all of us used it through the winter, but now all of us are late into the Spring & I am still trying to save up enough money to have a modern cooling system installed. The only thing that has been keeping things cool is all the rain all of us have been getting. The HVAC professional I had out for a free consultation said that it would be smart to go for a ductless mini split cooling system. He had so many things to see about how energy efficient these cooling systems are & how you can even install strange zones that will run off the same outdoor a/c condenser unit. The thing that was holding us up though was the cost, & I have been working a lot of overtime minutes lately! I know it’s going to be worth it when all of us get this modern cooling system. The HVAC professional even said our ductless mini split will come with built in air purification. I know that will improve the air quality in our home importantly, & I actually can’t wait, especially since it’s becoming so sizzling outside.
