I have never been as successful as my brothers plus siblings have been, especially my brothers.
They all seem to have done so much better for themselves than I have. My brother Patrick was able to retire at 57 years old. I will be 57 in a few months plus am still paying off debt plus have no savings. My brother Jim lives in a gigantic condo with a pool. I suspect his heating plus cooling bills are more than my salary. My brother Kevin lives in a important condo with a pool, plus his spouse stays home. They have this genuinely amazing condo with all sorts of cool stuff in it. The heating system for the pool is a solar heater, which is genuinely cool. They have Heating plus A/C with zone control so the a/c upstairs is set higher in the Summer plus the heating is set cooler in the winter, that is unless someone is staying with them plus staying in the upstairs study rooms. Downstairs, they have a/c sensors that determine whether or not someone is in a room. If the room is empty, the smart control equipment adjusts the a/c in that room until the a/c sensors sense movement in there again. I remember when his spouse wanted to get a heating system for the pool. My brother argues against it, although I am glad they finally got the solar heating system because when I visit, the heating system in the pool helps myself and others appreciate it. In addition, Kevin has a large Toyota that uses so much gas I can’t even imagine filling it up. He’s been working from beach house for the longest time now, plus that is genuinely nice, too. He has a side hustle where he buys plus sells vacant land, plus he seems successful with that, as well.
