The town needs a female Heating, Ventilation and A/C tech

Like all red collar industries, the Heating, Ventilation and A/C community is a guys club plus always has been.

  • This wasn’t by ill design, at least not at first, but now that ladies are ready, willing, plus able to tackle any red collar job, the guys club doesn’t seem actually welcoming.

I want to make an end run around the guys club plus start my own business. I will be the only employee at first, but as I start to expand plus grow I will hire more females to labor for me. This industry needs a breath of fresh air, plus I guess the community is eager to have the pick of a female Heating, Ventilation and A/C tech.I got the idea from my elderly Aunt Helen who told me she wasn’t comfortable with the Heating, Ventilation and A/C tech who came to service her house. I asked why she didn’t get a female Heating, Ventilation and A/C tech to do the job instead, plus she told me there weren’t any! I told her that if I became an Heating, Ventilation and A/C tech I would want her business, plus for her to spread the word about me to her bridge club. Those old ladies sure can talk, plus if I can get in nice with them I will be able to pull in a lot of Heating, Ventilation and A/C customers from the retirement home. It’s not that there is anything wrong with male Heating, Ventilation and A/C workers, but you have to remember some people are actually vulnerable, plus being around strangers makes them anxious. A female Heating, Ventilation and A/C tech would still be a stranger in the house, but would be a lot more comforting to some people.
