It always seems that at around the same time each winter, my central heating and air conditioning system unit breaks down.
I do not know why this is, but it just happens this way. I am always prepared to have to pick up the phone and call my local heating and air conditioning company to send out one of their most certified heat and a/c specialist to repair my central heating and air conditioning system unit this time of the year. I have always asked the heating and cooling specialists that come to fix my central HVAC system if maybe I should just invest in a brand new and very up to date HVAC unit to stop this from happening every year. And they said that it would not help any at this point because the reason for my heat and a/c system breakdowns this time of the year is simply because of the area in which I live and how extreme the weather becomes. It makes it so that the central heating and air conditioning system ends up overworking itself at about the same time each year. I would need commercial heat and a/c system in order to even combat this extreme weather. Which of course is not possible when all your home could take would be a residential heating and air conditioning system unit. So I just have to make sure I have the money for this every year at the same time and always expect the central heating and air conditioning system unit to break down when the certain month and time hits each year.
