This month has been just bad for myself and others because of pollen irritations.
I have been so itchy that I can barely even rest it! I assume that every one of us must be having a much higher pollen count than typical around here because usually, my pollen irritations are not this bad at all. It’s just one of those things that seems to be making myself and others suffer more than anyone else I know. I’m just fortunate, I guess! I have been taking so much dust sensitivity medication that it’s entirely doing a number on my kidneys. I would love to stop feeling so yucky and itchy, but I don’t think what to do about it. The medical professional has been no help, truthfully. He’s been giving myself and others peculiar dust sensitivity meds to try but they haven’t entirely been helping myself and others much at all. I finally decided to take matters into my own hands this year and talk to my Heating, Ventilation and A/C company about my complications instead. I figured that if anyone could help myself and others with the indoor air quality in my house, it would be a certified Heating, Ventilation and A/C specialist. I assume I never entirely thought about this much before, but it entirely makes sense that they would think what to do about the pollen and dust getting into my ventilation plan and making myself and others agitated… Whenever I called up the Heating, Ventilation and A/C corporation, they requested that I get our ventilation plan cleaned professionally; So I’m going to get the HVAC duct cleaned next week. I’m also going to have a up-to-date whole loft air purification plan installed to run at the same time as the heating and cooling system!
