I try not to discount someone even if they’re newly trained.
For years I got discounted haircuts at the cosmetology university in town and I was never disappointed with the results.
Back when I taught calculus in high university, there were a number of youngsters there that won engineering competitions as first-time entries. It’s easy to underquote the determination and energy in youth. You might think that an older medical professional is typically going to be preferable to a up-to-date one because of his years of experience. But sometimes a student fresh out of their post-medical university residency can supply insight that is otherwise missed by an outdated man in their profession. Whether the student has been reading up-to-date advancements or technology or simply works harder, it doesn’t matter. For instance, my current Heating, Ventilation and A/C specialist is fresh out of university and is still one of the most skilled and knowledgeable tradesmen I have ever met in my life. That’s still tplot when I compare him to electricians, plumbers, carpenters, roofers, and landscapers as well. He helped myself and others find this up-to-date type of UV-C light air purification plan that can be linked inside most chop style central heating and cooling systems. Now the air in my home is cleaner and I have experienced fewer dust sensitivity symptoms throughout the year. Periodically it pays to work with someone younger and less experienced if they work harder or stay better up-to-date on up-to-date technology. This might not be applicable for all task positions, but it makes sense with an industry love indoor climate control where the technology is evolving on a monthly basis.
