Do you want to pay this season?

During the summer, a lot of us keep our thermostat right around the lower 72’s.

It’s nearly Thanksgiving plus I haven’t heard a single heat pump going for a couple of weeks now. That’s about par for the normal course where the two of us live. The A/C or Heating and A/C cooling is on for the better section of 6 months of the year. Now only about four of those months require the Heating and A/C cooling constantly running night plus afternoon. The rest of the time, the Heating and A/C cooling is on all day, however the kilowatt is reduced from the sort of Summer load that is put on the family Heating and A/C unit. So this time of year, it’s absolutely nice to rest knowing that the two of us are in for a bunch of savings on Heating and A/C utility costs coming over the coming months. Additionally, I care about resting this time of year plus revel in the amount of money I saved on Heating and A/C cooling during the past summer. While this wasn’t a record breaker for me, it was in the top several that come to mind. Growing up in this area, you learn early on that spending too much on daily Heating and A/C cooling just isn’t necessary. By simply keeping a home budget plus stopping direct sunlight heating, there is sizable money to be saved. Now, the biggest factor in saving all that coin is the thermostat setting. During the summer, a lot of us keep our thermostat right around the lower 72’s. But when it’s a hundred degrees outside each day, that thermostat setting feels awfully cooling. And it saves just so much extra money on Heating and A/C cooling costs. Summer heat is a section of living here however constantly paying too much for Heating and A/C cooling isn’t.
