It was the saddest thing when my mother-in-law passed away. She became a strong presence in my life welcoming me with open arms to the family. It was never a dull moment hanging out with her and we talked about many interesting things. We even agreed on certain things like the temperature control settings in the home and the fact that the air quality should always be on point with a good UV air purification system. My wife used to get mad when she would side with me when I was saying that the temperature control settings were just right in the house. We finally chose to commemorate my mother-in-law with a beautiful stone bench with an enjoyable view of the landscape across from our property. We also planted a lilac bush as that was one of her favorite things, the smell of those flowers. She always loved the spring season as well, and I’ll never forget how she would call me up just to tell me to remember to have my cooling system tuned up so we would be comfortable in the summer season. I’m not going to lie, I did forget about getting the tune-up a few times, but thanks to her we never missed out on that essential HVAC maintenance. We could have been in many uncomfortable situations because of my mistakes, but she was always there to remind me or help me out with whatever. We’ll all love her forever and I hope she continues to look out for us even while she is in Heaven.
