I have a really outdated central cooling system plus I suppose it is high time I invest in a modern 1. I am going to do some investigating plus see which device is the best price plus the most efficient. I would love to get a zone controlled Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C system so I can just cool down certain rooms in the flat as our power bills have gone through the roof over the past year. Someone told me they raised the rates 100% from what they were so I need to watch how much air conditioning plus heating I use on a yearly basis. I make just enough to spend money my rent plus food so anything more is going to put me in the red each week plus that will just add more stress to my life which I have no need for. I have a small portable furnace plus cooling system in my office plus bedroom to keep them comfortable but they are not really efficient plus I will end up spending a lot more each year. The modern Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C technology may be a bit overpriced but if you look at how efficient they have become you would realize that they can save you a heck of a lot of money over the long haul. I could do some math plus see how long it would take to spend money for the device however I bet over its many year life span it would spend money for itself. I would also love to have HEPA filters in everything in my flat to keep the air clean.
