I told the customer to clean and sanitize

The indoor air quality inside of your home is often worse than the air quality outside.

Allergens, germs, pollen, and dust end up inside of your home and they have nowhere to go after that. It’s important to have clean air, especially in situations where your family has issues like asthma, allergies, or respiratory distress. A customer contacted me last month to clean and sanitize her ductwork. I advised the woman that this was the best way to get rid of most of the allergens in the home. I also advised her to buy some type of air purifier or air filtration system. She did not feel that her budget wanted for either one of those items but she did schedule the ductwork cleaning and sanitizing. I made sure to scrub every nook and cranny of the ductwork for the customer. I wanted her to be totally and completely satisfied with the product that she received. A couple of days after I finished the job, I received another call from a customer that got my name from the same woman that I worked on earlier that week. This woman asked if she could get a free estimate for ductwork cleaning services. She was in the same neighborhood as the other woman so I agreed to a free estimate and consultation. I recommended cleaning and sanitizing the ductwork to that customer as well and she scheduled the service for next monday. Sometimes word of mouth advertising is even better than spending a fortune for a website and social media presence.
