Last year during the annual clearance sale, our partner & I bought a brand modern Heating & A/C component for the bedroom.
The Heating & A/C component has heat & AC.
I never had the chance to use the modern Heating & A/C unit, so the first time we hooked it up & turned it on was about 6 months after we made the clearance sale purchase. I expected no problems with the setup, & it was a breeze. The greatest problem was the fact that the component would not turn on when we hooked up the power. I checked the breaker & the fuse box. I did not see anything that would cause a problem. The people I was with and I tried another outlet & the problem seemed to be the Heating & A/C unit. I told our husbandy that we were going to need to take the component back to the hardware store. I asked his if he remembered where the receipt was localed after we bought the AC unit. She did not even remember keeping the receipt. I was hoping that the store would have a copy of our receipt on file. I took the Heating & A/C component to the store & they were not going to return it separate from a receipt. Even after they found the order under our ATM card, they still refused to refund our money because I did not have the original receipt from the sale. The best they could do was offer myself and others store credit to purchase something else. I was honestly quite aggravated with the entire situation, however I did not suppose there was anything I could do.
