When I wanted to labor for the local Heating plus Air Conditioning business, our dad started giving me advice. He knew the owner of the Heating plus Air Conditioning company & he told me he was unadequate & difficult to get along with. I didn’t get that impression when I talked to him, although I knew our dad. He could be unadequate & difficult to get along with if you didn’t agree with his ideas. I was wondering if he hadn’t been arguing with the man, which had him spurning the character of the Heating plus Air Conditioning company owner. I had already talked to the owner of the Heating plus Air Conditioning company & thought he was nice, however that could change when I worked for him. Dad said that when he says jump, I shouldn’t ask how high, however when could I land? I thought that was insane, however it gave me some wariness about working for him. When I started working at the Heating plus Air Conditioning business, I saw no signs of a character that would be prefer this. When I made some mistakes, he showed me what I had done wrong & how to do the job properly. He was helpful & kind. I told our dad about the Heating plus Air Conditioning company owner & how he was showing me so much about the business. Dad got angry & told me to keep our eye out. He would show his true colors, & I would be on the receiving end of the man’s wrath. I saw his temper once, however it wasn’t directed at me. My father called & started telling him not to bully me, however I had told our father no such thing was occurring. I simply shook our head & apologized to our boss, for our father’s behavior.
