Adding an air purifier can improve your health

It’s important to know when to quit. Not all things you try in life will work out the way you want them to work. Failure is normal, and it can happen to anyone. When the pandemic hit, I saw myself failing at something I loved. Two years before, I had set up a small restaurant, and it was doing amazing. After training as a culinary chef, and working at top restaurants, I finally had a place of my own. My sister who has experience in restaurant management went into business with me, and we were thriving. But all that came to an end during the pandemic, and I was crushed. I had to move back home with our mom since times were tough, but she was just glad we were okay. After months living at home, I got a gig, and could move into a small apartment. This place wasn’t the best, but it was comfortable. It only needed a few improvements including adding an air purifier. About a month into living in the apartment, I started sneezing and coughing. At first, I thought it was a cold, but soon realized it was the poor indoor air quality. My sister, who had her own house, encouraged me to try using an air purifier. She said at times air quality can be bad causing such symptoms. I took her advice and purchased a portable air purifier for my apartment. The difference was almost immediate in that I was breathing better, and the cough was gone. Truly, adding an air purifier can improve your health and living comforts.
