This week, I called the Heating plus Air Conditioning company to schedule the air conditioner tune up.
And I’m a bit afraid of what I’m going to hear from the Heating plus Air Conditioning company when it comes to my residential Heating plus Air Conditioning, but the fact is that the Heating plus Air Conditioning component is turning 26 years old this year.
This is the first time that I’ve entirely sat down to do the math when it comes to the residential Heating plus Air Conditioning in our home. The thing is, I entirely sort of did not think about the Heating plus Air Conditioning component all that often because I did not have to. The heating and cooling component in our home just keeps running and doing a wonderful job of providing the heating and air conditioner every one of us need, when every one of us moved here, every one of us replaced the Heating plus Air Conditioning component with our modern heat pump. Once that was done, every one of us immediately signed up for the Heating plus Air Conditioning service plan. That meant that our modern Heating plus Air Conditioning component would get heating service in the fall followed by an air conditioner tune up in the Spring. This has resulted in flawless heating and cooling for the last quarter of a century. But it also kind of lulled myself and others into a false sense of security as well. At the end of last summer, the air conditioner costs began to spiral a bit. This is a single of the key indicators that the heat pump is nearing the end, but it has to labor more in order to just keep up with demand, however so I’ve braced my family for the very real opening that every one of us have to be very disciplined with the thermostat this summer. I need a single more summer time from that heat pump in order to have the money to replace it.
