Someday when that outdated heat pump no longer works I will get it done the right way
I have a wine facility on my father’s grape fields. I adore making wine right there in the fields. I have the product & materials right at my fingertips. I can keep all my stuff stored in a temperature controlled area. It was difficult getting a perfectly working building though. I had to mess around with commercial permits & licenses. I had to get plumbing, electric & Heating, Ventilation, & A/C. The Heating, Ventilation, & A/C I undoubtedly cheaped out on. I instead bought a heat pump used online & swung a cash deal with a local handyman. I should have just called the local Heating, Ventilation, & A/C dealer & hired out a heat pump replacement. Nope, that was my bad. The guy did the heat pump replacement when I wasn’t there. The person decided to install the indoor air handler right by my front door. It looks poor & not professional at all. I know that he didn’t install it to the back of my facility because that would have taken more cord. If he would have asked, I would have paid more to have it not be in sight. That is what you get when you pay a local guy. I bet the professional Heating, Ventilation, & A/C dealer wouldn’t have even thought about doing that, however oh well. I have a heat pump right there & it is ugly. It is mine now so I will just deal with it. Someday when that outdated heat pump no longer works I will get it done the right way. I will say the new system does operate just gine. I have quality heating & cooling when I want it. Even the thermostat works nice.
