I woke up today feeling more refreshed and rested than usual.
This is probably due to the fact that I slept for more hours than usual.
I don’t think there’s any point in waking up early to be productive if this means that you are going to be sleep-deprived, as this can have a negative impact on your health. However, there was some work I had to get done. This meant I couldn’t take as long as I usually do to drink my coffee, and couldn’t allow myself to mooch around in the mornings like I often do. I had to get my act together because not only did I have a lot of work to do for the HVAC business, I also had to tidy up the flat, call a friend, and go to the phone shop to get my SIM card reactivated. This was a lot to get done in one morning, especially for someone as slow as me. I tried to turn on my air conditioner, but it didn’t work. Now I had another thing to take care of. I immediately called an HVAC tech and scheduled an appointment in two days. I knew this was going to happen sooner or later. It’s been three years since I haven’t had a/c service, and it’s probably the lack of proper maintenance that caused the issue. I decided to get a program check-up for my space heater also and bought some new HEPA filters to avoid more problems in the future. My dad, who is very knowledgeable about HVAC technology, already warned me about the importance of proper maintenance, but I took no notice, and now I had to pay the price.
