Heat pump is it for our heating and cooling needs

I’m enjoying this change of season.

September is always a welcome visitor to my life.

This means the summer heat has come to an end and I can turn off the air conditioning. While I love the summer for sure, I do get a bit worn out with the HVAC cooling. If it was up to me, I’d turn off the air conditioning each night and open the windows. But my wife is much more sensitive to the heat than I am so the HVAC cooling stays on through the summer heat. But that heat is now in the rearview mirror. What we’re enjoying now is my favorite time of the year. It’s just awesome to have the doors and window open. The nights get really cool and I even had to wear a hoodie this morning as I was enjoying my coffee outside. Soon, the leaves will change and that first cold wind of winter will be here. Yet, just as we can count on the heat pump to deliver all the HVAC cooling we need in the summer, we can count on it in the winter. While we don’t experience the sort of winter that would require a boiler or a gas furnace, it still gets cold. And it does snow and ice storms are not unusual at all. So it won’t be long before I call the HVAC company to send out an HVAC technician to do the HVAC heating maintenance. But as with all the seasons and all the temperature swings, we can always rely on the quality heating and air coming from our heat pump.
