My family and I were down at the lake for a couple of days. The weather was very nice. The weather was windy and sunny with a small amount of clouds. We were having such a good time at the lake that we did not come back to the house until late on Sunday afternoon. Most of the time we would come home from the lake early, but on this particular day we chose to wait until the afternoon. When we came back to the house, there was no cold air blowing out of the air vents. The cold air should have been coming down, because the AC compressor was running. There was definitely some type of problem and my Dad decided to call a repair service right away. Unfortunately, there were no technicians available at the time and we had to wait until the next morning. It wasn’t very cold or warm inside of the house at night. Temperatures were okay, but we knew that the next day the sun was going to rise and it was going to be warm. At that point the AC would be necessary. The HVAC provider arrived early in the morning after breakfast and we were all hopeful that the problems with the AC would be fixed by lunch. The machine was only six years old and I thought the issue was going to be something simple. Unfortunately, the troubleshooting call turned out to be a replacement. We had to wait another day for the replacement of the AC, so all of the parts could be ordered from the manufacturer.
